Thanks to everyone who responded to my shout for advice for my Greek trip

Today I’ve been trying to book flights for my annual cycling holiday in Majorca in May next year and fuck me the operators are having our pants down, obviously the likes of Majorca are hot spot profiteering routes but it’s galling having to pay around £460 for a return with 1 hold luggage with Jet 2, Paddy Air and the Orange fucker were not much different.

Might have to forgo the escape lounge for once :-)))))

Jet2 made 500 million profit last year

No it’s before always fly out about 13/14/15 probably left it a month late for the booking
What’s really mad is we used to go out as a group and stayed in the Pollenca Park in Puerto Pollenca now granted this is nine days and including a bike as part of a hold luggage it’s fucking crazy

For info we are not staying there it’s a snapshot of how mad things are

If any of you have been to the two places any feedback would be most welcomed or any other nice Greek resorts you might think are better bearing in mind direct flights are a must as we can really be arsed with the whole trains, planes and automobiles bollocks as we are nearing FoC status.

Weve been to stoupa twice running, something weve never done before.

Been to countless greek resorts and stoupa beats every where else hands down

I’ve flown to Orlando, Buenos Aires, Santiago Chile, Iguazu Falls and booked 14 days of AirBnbs for less than that.
 
Back from four nights in Nice where the weather was great.
On Monday on the Boulevard des Anglais I Walked past a guy wearing a snazzy City navy blue Tee with club badge on the breast. Very smart.
Anyone on here?

We've done plenty like this before and it's always worked out nicely. You get to see a city, have a nice meal and spend the weekend somewhere different rather than Manchester. We did two nights in Bergamo in January (weather was surprisingly amazing) and two nights in Alicante in March - both exceptional trips.

Unfortunately the predicted weather means that it could be quite dull and wet this time and spending time on a train might be just the ticket :)
 
For December either...
2 nights in Krakow for the markets or 4 nights in Fuerteventura for a bit of warmth..
Decisions Decisions..
 
Me and Mrs P are off on a cruise to Lisbon, Madeira and the Canaries for Christmas and New Year.

We leave Southampton on Dec 20th and arrive back January 3rd

I miss the Wet Spam game though
