Tommy Caton was as good as our centre backs barring VK
Tommy Caton was good for his age at City .
But the big move to Arsenal was a disaster for his career .

It was a disaster, but as a City player he was as good as any of our second choice centre backs

I always liked Steve Redmond .
He was proper Centre back who took no prisoners .
In his early days he was prone to the odd howler .
But he did improve and even scored some important goals .
The injury time winner against Oxford at Maine Road .
Springs to mind .

So, do you think he would be a starter in the current team?
I think he would be a million miles away.
