Nothing to do with the ones we appointed? So if we kept Pearce would we be top of the League? What great things have the managers we've sacked go on to?

I'm quite disappointed to find this is growing legs and running off to become a full blown cliche.

They haven't gone on to better things nincompoop because most of them were knee jerk reaction appointments to appease our chickenlicker fans.

That's a contradictory argument when reconciled with the OP's. They weren't good enough because they were knee jerk appointments, and they didn't succeed at anything because we fired them.

Uknown Genius is saying that they weren't good enough and their succeeding performance proves that.

Thats the point though. The club have made bad appointments for a long time.

I know, and that's my point, lets take the rough with the smooth and if you look at some of the shite we've all watched in the last 30 years this is still very very smooth. Forget about the money spent- it's not ours- it's ADUGS - Let them worry about the 'investment project'. What we pay in is small change.

So just for a fookin change why don't we all agree to adopt a siege mentality and support the club through this shitty patch and see if we can all pull through.....just for once.
Fook me - Shitty fookin County fans were taking the piss out of out predicament on the radio on the way home. I'll LOL when they go pop.

AND Feck all to do with financial pressures!!! Like losing TV monies or sponsorship???

This club is crying out for stability. It was before the takeover and it still is. The basic need to build something over time has not gone away because we now have unlimited money and a million new fans wanting instant success.

Bang on mate! - I think there needs to be some honesty amongst us and realise why we have become "Typical City" is down to US the fans!

I am sorry to say i was one of the naive ones doing the protests on the kippax and protesting outside the main stand, only now that when looking back i wish we could change that culture amongst us.

Looking at the recent atmosphere (If you can call it that) it appears we only get loud and vibrant when we are the under dogs and in the lower divisions. Todays atmosphere and attitude was pess poor and shamed me just as much as when we didnt aplaud the team of the pitch at the end of last season because we ONLY finished 5th!!

How do we all think the moral will be with the players after the booing today??? - We have just increased the pressure and the media hype ten fold!!

Ashamed to be a city fan at the minute!!! - GUTTED

Sorry mate but I can't accept that the "typical City" tag is down to us the fans, after all we were not the ones turning up, buying the merchandize and drinking the overpriced shoddy excuse for beer for the last 34 yrs then the club would have folded by now.

Look at it another way did you or me get City relegated? Or hire the next clueless coach or manager. Did we get them sacked by NOT turning up, showing a lack of passion or going missing? NO we've always turned up NO matter what!!

Have WE (the fans) ever been that powerful? I don't think so, most sackings are down the POOR performances, gutless displays or NOT being good enough and simply NOT taking our chances.

If people are saying that we can't have a moan now and again about heartless, gutless and passionless players (who earn more than most will in 4 years in just a week) then by christ what the feck can we moan about???

Not everyone has a patience of a saint.

I hear what you are saying mate, i really do, however my point is we have always had a reputation of "Inpatient" fans and i know that the opposition in the past have purely had tactics to disgruntle and frustrate the fans. To be fair that hanst really been the case for a while but i felt it today and recently, ie the fans are turning on the team during the game!! - Surely that doesnt help??

We're talking about why we sack managers and appoint different ones. Please tell me which of the following were appointed/sacked to do with financial matters?

Malcolm Allison John Bond John Benson Billy Mcneil Jimmy Frizzell Mel Machin Howard Kendall Peter Reid Brian Horton Alan Ball Steve Coppell Frank Clarke Joe Royle Kevin Keegan Stuart Pearce Sven Goran Ericson Mark Hughes......

Apart from the ones that walked all with the exception of SGE were appointed and sacked because Manchester City fans demanded change.

I actually feel bad for the peeps who have forked out 30-40 pounds to see this performance.

Mancini speaks as if the fans have no right to boo, well if you give them a refund then maybe they don't have that right anymore.

But once they spend a considerable amount of their disposable income on this club then if they are frustrated so listen to them. Strikers won't resolve the problem? We are not scoring any goals so I don't know if he thinks other players should step up.

But is it only City fans that get frustrated? I really don't think it is. This "typical City" badge our club has been carrying is not down to you or me. Turning on the team isn't something I would consider, although one or two players do need to take a serious look at themselves and let's face it we've ALL had a good rollicking for under achievement at some point or other. I know I have anyway and it didn't do me any harm....That's if your not counting small farm animal sex  ;)

I'm not having a go mate just pointing out that as a supporter of Manchester City it wasn't me or you who brought about the "typical City" name.

Because we have a chop and change mentality and give no one a chance!

Give Mancini a chance, he's not been there 12 months yet. Let him build what he is building. Too many people here have a small time mentality and can only look at the last 2 results and not look at the bigger picture!

Sort it out lads.
Sense at last, thank god.
