Whilst I don't like what the Girlfriend did, he is pretty stupid if he honestly believed a fit girl would come and chat him up and offer access to her within that short period of meeting. It simply doesn't happen unless there is an agenda. And, if it does happen, it never happens to me!
From my own experiences, I was the last one standing in a Club one night and carried on drinking. A girl started a conversation with me and began saying how good looking I was (I hadn't shaved for 2 weeks) and she liked what I was wearing etc. She was getting suggestive and I felt her being too keen was a bad sign so I made my excuses and left. I wasn't in the Honey Trap situation because I was single and she even checked I was - but something somewhere didn't like how forward she was. There had to be another reason.
