I am not bothered about the Champions League. As long as those same people are in charge who have been in charge since we gate crashed the Champions League, we stand no chance of winning it. Get through to the semi-final would be nice though.
So I would like to win the league by the end of March breaking our own goals record in the process. Also win both the domestic cups as well. See both the rags and Liverpool fail to qualify for the Champions League, and also finish bottom of their respective groups in the process.

Less 'resets' when contructing attacking moves.
Sane improving his decision making in off the ball movement, the angles he is pressing at and following his man on his blind side when the team are in their retreating part of their defensive phase.
Kevin de Bruyne being rotated a bit more as he was exhausted by the end of the season.
Another player that can play balls behind the opposition defensive line (Jorgino and Mahrez fit that criteria)
Sterling's finishing improving taking him to an elite level player, he is already an incredible player as far as I'm concerned. They could get a coach to do the same work that Rene did on Cristiano Ronaldo in the 07/08 season before his finishing exploded into what we know today.
Mendy allowing th team to use 3 at the bacl and have more attacking options like the start of last season.
