Hospitality/box experience at City

Bringing my dad over for Leeds game for his first game in 3 years on his birthday.
Decided fuck it, i’ll go all out and went tunnel club.
Any advice/recommendations to get the best out of the day for him would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I went once for the 3-1 win over United, the one where Foden scored a screamer

I was plastered.

One bit of advice - if you want to see the players, ask them to arrange your food for afterwards. That’s what we did. But don’t take my word for it, ask them when you get there

The cocktails are good, so go and get your monies worth

I tipped one of the lovely waitresses a tenner on arrival in tunnel club last season. She filled my glass up every few minutes.
Mrs Asa , bless her, kept asking why she was coming over to me constantly, I was bladdered didn't see the team mind.

The wine is decent, the food was better in the CL.

"Claremont's Lounge" ?

The people running football clubs have gone mad in the pursuit of match day revenue.

Football eating itself.

Even the players dressing room, and the kit man's job is up for sale on a match day.

The players tend to walk in on the right hand side of the pathway if you wanted to get a good view. It gets busy on the barriers with people trying to get photos. Tip your server as they introduce themselves and be polite/pleasant to them . You will be better served.
Get there in plenty of time and definitely try to avoid the team bus arrival or you will have to wait.
If wine is your thing , there is a decent selection gratis or an even better one you can pay for .
The food can be hit or miss . The better ones (IMHO) are the small plates that you can pick and choose between.

Stare menacingly at the journalists as you return to the TC at half time and full time .

You’ll settle once you’ve arrived , so just treat it as a normal day out and you’ll enjoy it .
