Ignore reviews. People tend to only write reviews when they have something to complain about, not when things were great. The last two holidays ive been on the reviews for the hotel were terrible, talking about dirty rooms, theft etc. and it all turned out to be bollocks.

I ignore them. Some people get proper bitchy about trivial issues that I wouldnt let bother me
