i once went clubbing in Derby and it was The House. This would have been around and about Feb 96 at a guess. In fact it was the night City drew 3-3 with Newcastle so I could tell you the exact date if I looked it up. It had a massive double bed in the chillout room. A dealer took our money - lots of it - then vanished in a lift behind him. He then reappeared with a load of Es a few minutes later.

I really thought we'd been ripped off but he was good as his word.

I played there about 4 times I think, that bed was crazy. Got some proper nutted people on there babling later on in the evening. It was quite a decent club in its day, but Notts was a good night out in general. 100% Pure @ Deluxe was awesome as was the bomb when it opened up.

I've got a few cds from the hac (sept 89) that I managed to download off some site should anyone be interested and I'll forward copies (Used to have quite a few tapes from there but the woman that was my ex took em with her).
