My son's girlfriend works for a prestigious estate agent based in Wilmslow and he said tomorrow they have an appointment with a 22 year old player Man City are signing. I suspect this could be Aouar.
So he's flying straight in from Lisbon then ?
I'm not one for putting any, let alone too much, stock in any kind of ITK post but if it's true @Prestwich_Blue said he'd heard this lad was coming and he doesn't, I'll fight him.

Fernandinho was an attacking midfielder when we bought him. Gundogan was an attacking midfielder when we bought him.Foden is above this kid. De Bruyne is above this kid. Bernardo is above this kid.
Where is he supposed to play? He is not a defensive midfielder so I’m trying to understand.
Both have played a bunch of games as a 6 or as part of a two-man central midfield. Both are also not really fit for purpose anymore.
Aouar would be the ideal replacement for Gundogan, and I personally think Fernandinho would make the ideal number 2 for Pep and could take over from him when he leaves.

Tolm said a while ago that we might be losing a player we don't necessarily want to this summer. If this guy is joining then it makes me think one of our midfielders might have been tempted by a move elsewhere at some point.

Not to my knowledge but I'm not that fortunate to shop for expensive properties so I wouldn't know how they operate. He mentioned the age but thats all ... no name. I'm putting 2 and 2 together and guessing its Aouar but then again I could be wrong. Just sharing what I heard like others do.

If he does sign, surely that's Bernardo off then? I'd imagine Mahrez/Foden would compete on one wing and Torres/Sterling on the other with Gundo and Aouar competing for a place next to KDB?
