As almost happened at Brighton three seasons ago. But that away section after Mahrez put us 3-1 up was unbelievable.
 
I'm pretty nervous but I'm always nervous before any game we play. The only thing I'm slightly worried about is what defenders we will play. If dinho (bless him) is CB then I'll be more worried about the game. And if Walker makes the line up then that's a massive boost.
But I think the lads up top will win us the game today.
 
I have a bad gut feeling with city every game ha!ha!
but i believe pg & his management team will keeps the lads grounded & ready to go .

This is what I keep coming back to. If all else lets us down - and we have no reason to believe that will be the case - if there's anything Kev can do to drag us over that line, he'll do it. If he can't do it then it can't be done.
 
Seems the coverage is 90% red scousers and the other 10% us and the other matches,it’s as if the media constantly going on about liverpool this liverpool that,they are actually hoping that all the coverage will drag them over the line to win the league,I smell something in the air wouldn’t be surprised something controversial happens in our game to build for a dramatic finish ..
 
Arrived from South Wales easy journey. Service stations full of dippers. South Wales looked like Merseyside when I left. Staying over so don’t have to face them if the worst happens. Pretty subdued atmosphere at the moment and no over confidence which I like.
 
Confident we win by two goals.
But typical city we will go behind while loserpool go in front.

no one's really mentioned the pressure Villa are under too. A team with nothing to play for but now thrust into the limelight due to playing a part in the destination of the premier league. The media have been doing the Gerrard angle to death together with the pandering towards the Liverpool fan-base with articles such as how "Villa have the tools to hand Liverpool the title". Now there is the expectation that they put in a performance when half the players would mentally have been on the beach already. I fancy them to make a nervy start which hopefully City can exploit...ejther way I think we will win comfortably.
 
I am stupidly nervous, which is ridiculous given that we are a much better team than Villa. What's more, I'm 53, and lived through a whole host of shit, loving our times in the doldrums almost as much as now. I guess it's what it is to be a fan.
