How do i make a complaint to the club?

I got mine 15 minutes after I completed it. Check your Junk/Spam folders.



Checked everything mate they have not emailed me and wont reply to my emails. I will have to use my credit and phone them later after work. bit of a piss take really how they won’t reply but still email over one direction tickets ffs

Yeah I got mine more or less straight away. Does it show on your purchase history if you click on "your account" on the top right of the screen.

are you sure its the club rather than an agency?
It was the club, the person cut me off then put ne through to an agencyfor West Ham!! If i wasn`t so annoyed i could laugh at the cheek of it, but when you are asking advice regarding season ticket renewals. The money is taken out of your account in one go instead of 4 payments, which i admit i could have screwed up myself. It`s a bit annoying when you are asking if the transaction can be reversed and started again only to be shouted at , as im was trying to explain that i can not afford £920 out of my bank in one go. I now have to go into town to the bank.

When you renewed you had to click the direct debit logo on the left of the screen to enable them to process the structured payments.

Apologies if you did this already.
