I had exactly the same problem, meant to pay by direct debit, ended up paying the whole lot at once by mistake. I emailed lisa.eaton@mcfc.co.uk and was rang back within 15 minutes. Fantastic service imo.

I got mine 15 minutes after I completed it. Check your Junk/Spam folders.

If i wasn`t so annoyed i could laugh at the cheek of it, but when you are asking advice regarding season ticket renewals. The money is taken out of your account in one go instead of 4 payments, which i admit i could have screwed up myself. It`s a bit annoying when you are asking if the transaction can be reversed and started again only to be shouted at , as im was trying to explain that i can not afford £920 out of my bank in one go. I now have to go into town to the bank.de niro said:totallywired said:How do i make to the club regarding the ticket offic and agressive staff.
I have tried on the phone but am just going round in circles on the general number and options. Cheers for any info.
are you sure its the club rather than an agency?

How do the club go about making a complaint about you.....it must be soooooo difficult keeping cool sometimes with some of the calls they get. How can MCFC ticket office put you through to an agency for West Ham.....or maybe they were hoping......
call Ferran Soriano, this is exactly why he was appointed.totallywired said:How do i make to the club regarding the ticket offic and agressive staff.
