How do i make a complaint to the club?

I thought standard procedure these days was to take the complaint straight to the MEN

I got a text and email while I was still at the window!
 
Who do I complain to about all these people with credit cards getting first dibs on season tickets. Proper fans use cash. Us York goers would'nt be seen dead with girly credit cards.

are you sure its the club rather than an agency?
It was the club, the person cut me off then put ne through to an agencyfor West Ham!! If i wasn`t so annoyed i could laugh at the cheek of it, but when you are asking advice regarding season ticket renewals. The money is taken out of your account in one go instead of 4 payments, which i admit i could have screwed up myself. It`s a bit annoying when you are asking if the transaction can be reversed and started again only to be shouted at , as im was trying to explain that i can not afford £920 out of my bank in one go. I now have to go into town to the bank.

How do the club go about making a complaint about you.....it must be soooooo difficult keeping cool sometimes with some of the calls they get. How can MCFC ticket office put you through to an agency for West Ham.....or maybe they were hoping......

Well said mate. Strange isn't it? Some people blame the ticket office for their mistakes and then have to ask how to make a complaint. Any idiot knows how to complain FFS

hang on a minute, it took me 3 attempts to renew online and even then I fucked up the cup schemes. us oldies are not upto speed by some way.

Well there's nothing wrong with getting things wrong - as long as you don't publicly blame the Club for everything

Had trouble with renewing on line,had me down for a one off dd and my lad 4 installments mine wouldn't change so phoned up, lad who I spoke to was superb,sorted it out in 2 mins.
