I'd give him a new and improved contract on par with the top earners, because with every performance he adds more money onto his fee which makes him un-affordable.
I always had s suspicion that Mendy bullied him. He always seemed to be the target of his pranks.I can't be the only one that thinks he just wanted to get as far away from mendy as possible.
