Having looked into it a bit more it seems that the issue is that although there may be enough of you who want to stop there the problem is there in no means of checking that you are not an "illegal" who can afford better travel than a dinghy........ who is not making that investment you ask? Is it the train operators - 55% French and 45% Belgian - its the British Govt who failed to prepare yet again for when the Eurostar was set up we were EU members but as a 3rd country we have to do border checks. Eurostar won't stop there because - like lorry drivers - they face a massive fine for each "illegal" immigrant that comes in on their train so you have to be put out in teems and time and cost because your Govt did nothing to take back control of the borders................think about that
