Just to add to this thread on New Years Day, lest we forget: last year’s multiple government upheavals, shit Prime Ministers and economic crash were as a direct result of the chain of events caused by the referendum result. Nothing else. If it wasn’t for that vote we’d have had a stable government, a fraction of the COVID deaths, lower taxes, better pensions and public services and our economy would be growing hugely like everyone else’s.

There will always be cunts with an agenda trying to manipulate things for their benefit. Whilst I despise them it really pisses me off that 52% of this country couldn’t see through the lies and didn’t realise the car crash that was coming with brexit.
