How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

A referendum got you into this mess... take another one to get out of it. And then, ban referendums - as the fickle at-the-moment majority opinion of the people is often fraught with unconsidered or under estimated ill effects. Let normal governance slowly consider such reforms... to dampen the sentiment of the moment in favor of careful, long-term deliberation.
 
When is the Armageddon going to happen they predicted? It was a fuck up everyone gets it but this day by day drip by drip account is monotonously predictable.

I guess in 100 days. We can't carry on putting off these checks because that breaches WTO rules by giving the EU but no-one else unfettered access to UK markets and we risked the wrath of China or the USA for example going to the WTO and they would punish us with fines and charges.

If you get that you will see why the idea that "we just go down WTO rules way " as put forward by Leadsom, JRM, Francois, Shapps etc etc shows how little they knew about what they were proposing.
