How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

Nice touch. Front bench could wear them at PMQs when it starts getting parky. I believe Thinsulate is part of an American conglomerate, which also ties in with outsourcing, nicely done.
I'm sure they could source an equivalent from Europe with lower shipping charges and less environmental damage, but it's Europe so they won't.

O’leary on the news this morning calling it right. I know he’s not everyone’s favourite city fan, but he was explaining quite simply that Ryan Air are fully staffed. They’ve enough pilots, check-in staff and aircrew to not have any problems. The issues are all with the jobs in airports that ‘no British people actually want to do and have been done my migrants for the last 25 years. If the government don’t let Europeans in to do the jobs, they won’t get done. This problem is exclusively down to Brexit and it will get much worse over the summer“
As usual, the government are blaming everyone, but themselves and to lay this problem at the feet of the airlines is disingenuous at best. He then finished by saying “they couldn’t run a sweet shop”, which is undoubtedly true….

Yes, but wait for the rebuttal about queues in Barcelona etc

All European airports are facing the same headwinds, Dublin for example. Dublin is an airport in the EU so what’s their excuse if the UK wouldn’t have any problems if it weren’t for Brexit?

I won’t dispute that we may struggle for longer. Should that happen then he could reasonably say it’s an issue created by Brexit.

I don’t know what the fuss is about. Rees-Mogg explained that the benefits of Brexit might not be apparent for another fifty years, though he did admittedly confess this after the referendum result. People just have to accept their economic discomfort today and seek comfort instead in the knowledge that things will be much better when Master Sixtus Rees-Mogg takes his seat in the House.
Always seemed a bit disingenuous to me, that, given that he had not given membership of the EU that long to assess it's benefits (as we were only in for 40 years, not 50).
