How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

Brexit sent its architects mad. I genuinely believe that.
It's an ideology rather than a policy now and that's not good for the UK, people can give up on policies quite easily on the whole but it's not quite the same with ideologues.
Add in the most untrustworthy UK government I can recall and theres been a few, it really is a dodgy time.

Latest Tory logic from the debate tonight:

“Q: How are you going to get civil servants back into the office when people at the top are all remainers?

Truss says she is good at getting things done.”

Only good honest Brexiteers actually go into their offices apparently

Next week we’ll have “How will you get the RMT to work when some of them are probably vegetarians?”

'Let all the poison that lurks in the mud, hatch out.' Robert Graves, I Claudius.

We are so utterly fucked that it's the only way to go. Things have to get a lot worse before the fossils see sense. Maybe, even then, they won't. The nearest equivalent I can think of is the old GDR, with Erich Honecker, struggling against reality to the very end, killed by the blind folly of ideology.

Something has to give, eventually.

Rees-Mogg it seems is phoning it in - sadly there is no-one there to take the call
