How do we resolve the Brexit mess?

I don't think they should be condemned, but the people who are suggesting that people who voted to leave are complaining are the ones who wanted to remain.

The huge majority of normal everyday people couldn't care less.
How do you know?

I would have thought most normal everyday people find it slightly irritating that we have less freedom to do what we want in terms of travel and have to go through more complicated processes to do the same things as before. Especially as there’s no noticeable benefits that make it worthwhile. Meanwhile our government is using its newly acquired freedoms to make it easier for EU citizens to travel and stay here. Unfortunately it’s not within its powers to do the same for us when we travel abroad.

I’ve got my blue passport!

Fun fact, british passports were originally black, only changed to blue following a decree from the league of nations.
Thats the League of Nations, an unelected multinational body demanding we follow its rules

Have members of my girlfriends family who voted leave now applying for Irish passports the cheeky fuckers! And my auntie who lives in Cyprus voted leave and told me I would have no issue moving there as we have a good relationship. Her pension lost over 10% the day leave won DURRR.

GB News are complaining this is "punishment". Could be wrong, but I don't think there are many remainers there.

And perhaps, just perhaps, not caring less about the impact of things on other people is one of the reasons we're in such a mess as a country.

[I have personal experience with this, having literally just this week had a French Visa approved, which would never have been necessary pre-Brexit]

I think people are perfectly entitled to point out that people who voted to end freedom of movement haven’t got grounds to complain when it’s applied reciprocally.

It’s literally what they voted for.

It would be a fair policy if we ever join the EU, and bring FOM back, that every idiot that voted for Brexit is ineligible from FOM. The morons should be confined to a thirty mile radius from their home address and made to wear a microchip.

That isn't complain it's reporting. Should they not report it?

Just waiting for the Tories to go nuclear and accuse Starmer of selling out to the EU as he's putting out feelers for greater security within the EU should the Mango Mussolini take charge again.

A very sensible option which will be jumped on by the gammonati and other hard of thinking people.

Brexit punishment - EU countries treating the UK like a non-EU country and not allowing us the privileges of EU membership, which they should, as we are special. The Herrenvolk, as the Germans would say. Rules do not apply to the British saviours of the world. It's so unfair!
