Yaya is definitely the quickest in the team. Maybe not over the first (off the mark), but when he gets going there is no one quicker. With Sergio and Balotelli I don't really believe there strengths lie in there pace. You don't see them scoring goals to often from skinning someone, as athletic as they are it's their technical ability that makes them shine.

I thought it was Redmond who got picked ahead of Hendry, but I could be wrong.

Agree with you about Pointon/Phelan. £2.5 mil was a lot of money at the time for a pretty average full back and one who couldn't defend all that well. That said anyone who saw him nod at the Kippax in a very hardcase way when they were singing his name before a game can't have totally bad memories of Terry. Most of the stand fell about laughing.

From the makings of a very good team ,ripped apart with top players going for next to nothing and raplaced by players nowhere near as good whos fees nearly bankrupted us. Typical City
