Virgin do it, I think monkeyspanker has it.

Dont go with virgin if you do a lot of downloading there fair use policy is totally fucked up and they will throttle back your bandwidth to fuck.

I wish I'd have listened to you at the time. They used to cut me off every night at 6 until midnight, the cunts.

Just queue your traffic in an ftp client and send after 9pm.

A recent one i did to Roubaix :)

On 6MB/s at home atm but upgraded to 10MB/s (100Mb) as of next month.

I'm on Virgin and they doubled our speed for free not long ago (I think they did with everyone). So I can download stuff at 2.4mb/sec instead of 1.2mb/sec before.
