How many hours do you sleep ?

Just got up. 4 am wide awake.
round
Since I entered the realm of FOC it's getting less and less. I wake up usually needing a piss, then my mind takes over with all kinds of shit and bingo, I'm awake. Soon as I get up and make a brew I'm fine.
Seen a lot of dawns in the last couple of years.
Been like this for years, Wake up around 5.30 on the dot for a piss, then can't get back to sleep, the funny thing is it doesn't matter whether I go to bed at 10pm or 2 am....just the same.

Sometimes I take a "Sleepeze" tablet (From Boots) or a "Nytol" 2 hours before I go to bed, that usually does the trick, but you should only take them short term....(A few days)

I don't sleep as well as I did when I was younger. It's interrupted sleep most nights. Sleep for a while, wake up for a while, then sleep for another while etc etc. If I get 4 or 5 hours a night, it's as much as.

I'm awake by twenty past six whether I like it or not, so depends when I go to bed. I aim for 8 hours as I know it's invaluable, but by the time I've got the kids sorted and established whether the missus wants to talk to me, watch TV, or stare at her phone it's usually well past eleven.

What I do hate is when she keeps tapping away on her phone once we're in bed, blue light bathing the room, keeping me awake and occasionally telling me some inane fact about her third cousin in Australia, because she 'can't sleep and am just catching up'. Height of rudeness.

doing the midnight feed for newborn, take her up about 1am and i'm up about 7am
so 6 hours at best currently
Decent that for a newborn to be fair.
Weve got a 2 and 4 yr old. Just about over the worst now.
I usually sleep 11-630. Although bloody annoying on weekends When my body clock gets me up at that time.
