How many players from our 2014 home meeting with Bayern would make our current XI?

Seeing fernandos name just made me shiver. We went through a little spell where we couldnt get a decent def mid for love nor money. Garcia then fernando , fuck me
 
Agree, only Vincent and Sergio. Wow makes you realise how far we've progressed under pep, from Mangala to Dias and Fernando to Rodri !!!!

There was a bunch of people on here who used to lob Fernando and Fernandinho in the same box. "The two Ferns" they called them. Still makes me itch now.
 
Definitely Vinnie & Sergio, Lampard at his peak would get in and it would be close between Jack & Nasri, who I thought was very underrated and showed his class whenever Dave had spells out of the team, I know he faded badly but the talent was there

Only Kompany for me. Even with serge I’d choose Haaland instead and wouldn’t play a formation with two strikers.

Fat Frank and Nasri in their prime would have a good chance, as would Navas at full back.
