How many points do Platinum members get for Bolton

I bought tickets for both Spurs and Bolton away on the same day. I was sure that the City site had said 20 points for each game. As a Platinum card holder I expected both to be doubled so 40 for each game. When I checked my history it shows 40 for Spurs but only 20 for Bolton.

I wrote to City and all they said was "we can confirm you have the correct number of points"

Can any Platinum members on here tell me how many they received for Bolton.

Thanks

taken off the OS

Barclays Premier League away game
20

Home cup game - FA Cup, Carling Cup, Europe
20

Away cup game - FA Cup, Carling Cup, Europe
40

Now Ive been given 40 for bolton and 40 for spurs. does that mean an away cup game is 80?

Cheers for all the replies. That's confirmed it for me that I should have been given 40. 2nd email to City on it's way. Cheers all.

I don't appear to have had mine added either but I can't tell because it will not let me look at my loyalty points, just tells me how many I have!! The number on there is the same as I had before I bought Bolton and Spurs tickets!! And it keeps telling me to sign in again when I am already signed in!!

You need to sign in through the 'tickets and membership' tab and then you can look at your purchase history

If you just sign in like before you just get loyalty points and account details

That's what I did, I signed in through tickets and membership and it said sign in again. So I did that but it still didn't get me far so then I started all over again!! It also says 'refresh' where I am supposed to check my points. After that I went the other way through the main site in case I had done it wrong but the same thing happened............. maybe they are having difficulties with all my points!! *lol*

Thanks though, I will try again in the morning or on Monday, if nothing by then I will email them.

I've had this problem at time and it just seems to keep going round in a loop and asking me to sign in again. I would have offered the same advice as squirty though. If I log in from the top of the main site I can never see any detail about my points, always has to be through the tickets sign in to see the additional details.

Squirtyflower and Robsta,

Just been back on, got in straight away and it has updated!! So I have my points for Bolton and for Spurs added, they have also, at last, added my points for Dublin. But I only got 30 for that one and I attended both days!! Never mind at least they have given them to me now.

Thanks for your help lads.

is that a cheaper version of Cristal?

This thread just sums up what plastics City fans have become. All some of them are worried about is their bloody loyalty points. Never mind the privilege of being able to see one of the best squads we've ever had in our history, it's all "I haven't been given enough points".

Good job some of you weren't alive in the old days, spending 5 houers on trains to Ipswich & Norwich then 5 hours back. We didn't spend 10 hours talking about how many bloody points we were getting; we did it because we were fans who wanted to watch our team.

If all you're worried about is points then get a bloody Tesco Clubcard.
