How many points to win the league?

I think we have tough fixtures to come. Rags will shut up shop at the etihad. Spurs away is tough as is arsenal. Everton can shut up shop at home and anfield is very tough. West Ham are fighting for their lives and recently beat Chelsea.

Yes all true, but we've played them all already, and not lost one, so losing six from here on, looks highly unlikely, and even if we did, we still might have enough to win it.

And we have Pep, they don't.

Typical city has grown up.

Typical City is being 2-1 down after 90 minutes in a game we need to win to be champions. But we still won

Typical City is going 2-1 down to Bayern in the CL when they are down to 10. But we still won.

Typical City is being 1-0 down at half time to Sunderland in tne Capital One cup final. But we still won.

Typical City is playing Liverpool off the park only to let them take us to penalties in the final of the Capital one cup. But we still won.

Typical City is playing the champions of England off the park on their own turf, and the rags, and many others, but being unable to score against Wolves. But we still won.

Typical City has changed. We don’t fuck it up any more, but by god from time to time do we do it the hard way, But we still win.

I would say all of those teams face the tougher fixture playing us.

3 of those will need points for top 4 so will be open to our style of attack.

West Ham are just shit. Everton are also but at woodison againstvus its a cup final.

I personally think winning the Premier League and Champions League in the same season is near impossible now, let alone the two domestic cups as well.

That said I doubt a team will ever have a better chance of getting close than we have. It would take near relegation form from now to the end of the season to mess the league up, we are in the semi of one domestic cup facing a decent Championship team and the last 16 of the Champions League with about the best draw we could have asked for. The FA Cup gives us a tricky one on Saturday but its at home and we should get through.

The chances are slim very slim but whilst its possible given where we are in the league we should go flat out to try and win the lot.

You're right. We should be concentrating on the cups. We can afford to risk dropping a few points here and there. The hard work we have done in the league so far this season has given us the platform to win multiple trophies if we manage and rotate efficiently for the different competitions.
 
am still sticking to around 87 points mark but like i said if the others drop points then it could be even lower and 25 points from 16 games looks a walk in the park from here it really could be over mid march leaving the next stage of champions league knockouts a major push with the best players rested in the league
 
We can afford to drop 10 more points only to hit 100.That would require

3L 1 D
5 D
2 L 2 D

With 16 games remaining. Its very much a possibility. My Gut feeling says we'll remain unbeaten
