too many look at it as each side below us winning all their remaining games.

Manure 84 , Leicester 83, Everton 82 , West Ham 81, Aston Villa 79 , Tottenham 77 , Liverpool 73.

All these sides will drop points in their remaining games.

We will as well but 11 points is a good gap with 10 games to go to have.

Basically this and more importantly no 6 point head to head... that is the main point people are missing.

only applies to Leicester and Villa..

Of course would have liked to keep the streak going especially against Manure but we have to look at it as a result and a competition where you have to never drop your guard for if you do its likely you will come unstuck.

Any complacency should now be removed and players who think its already a done deal will be dropped.

We weren't complacent as a team, but Pep picked the wrong team, and then it started badly, Jesus was too enthusiastic, there was no need for it (I'm sure they'd have got one somewhere anyway, they usually do), but penalty, and goal, we then had a bad 15 minutes, but gained control, and dominated the rest of the half, and had a few half hearted chance, but we should have ended the half level.

So start the 2nd half as we ended the first, and we win the game, but no we gift them a second, and spend the rest of the game huffing and puffing but with little real threat.

Even after they go 2-0, we still had enough good chances to level it, but those up front weren't up to scoring (once again).

Ultimately though, this is down to Pep picking the wrong team, and it's not the first time.

We'll win the league comfortably now, but Pep needs to pick the best players on form, if we are going to win other competitions.

As someone pointed out in another thread, last week we were 10 points in front of 2nd, even after a bad loss this week we are 11 points ahead, Southampton will pay for yesterday Imo,

Plus they can’t all get those maximum points as many have to play each other
they dont all need to get the points, just one team does . we need 85 points, not one less, i keep saying it, and will keep saying the maximum points we need, all this they are too shit or they aren't good enough i bollox, we aren't going to win our remaining games, i actually think we will beat Southampton and lose to Fulham, with the champs league game the following game. too many cock sure of themselves on this thread, its done ,its over,

its over when its over.
85 points needed.

We had 1 hand on the prize yesterday. It was all going to plan but city being city decided to keep it interesting lol. Back to worrying about the next 3 points and a slow midfield.

Time to turn off the media and moan about the players/manager. Ahh it’s good to be back:)

Serious question.

Is it just me that thinks the Title is not in the Bag yet ?

Some seem to think it is now a procession, just a matter of time until we are inevitably crowned Champions.

We have just seen the Scousers lose 6 home games on the Bounce, after going undefeated for God knows how long.

We have games against in form sides to come in Sothampton, Fulham,we still have to play Leicester,Chelsea,Aston Villa Leeds.

I personally think this is far from over.

Our manager has been determined to Shoe Horn a woefully unfit, and out of form KDB in to a side that was routinely winning every week. we were lucky against Wolves,West Ham,not today though

Pep plays our best 11 we will walk this Title for sure.

If he continues undermining the winning formula fuck knows what will happen from here on in.

Wednesday is a really big game for me.

He needs to play our best 11.

Pick the team based on how they are playing, not their Ego.
We're not out of the woods yet, but I don't think the Rags or Leicester will pick up enough points for it to matter. United have drew 3 of their last 5. Leicester got beat by Arsenal and were lucky against Brighton. We just need to win the easy games.
