Might be true if actually in the ground when the final kick is played ,but watching on tele?.Would it be weird to say that I don't want us to win the league this weekend? What I mean is, I always want us to win and I always want United to lose, but I'm sure most would agree that it's not quite the same kind of celebration when you're declared winners as the result of another game in which you're not involved.
Having read that back, maybe I'm being a bit of a spoilt brat but I do think a 'moment' when you win the league by scoring goals in a game yourself is the way you want to win it. Not that I'll be sobbing if we win it through Sunday's result but...
