the turn around as been amazing not just city form but the rest have dropped like stones
every week somebody drops out of the race ? liverpool are 13 points behind with city having a game in hand also
united and leicester are 7 points behind and also city a game in hand on both of them

midweek game at everton will be the key to the rest waving the white flag ? city win and 10 points gap from the rest
that would give city 4 games in the bank on united and leicester and 6 games in the bank on liverpool

but knowing pep and his one game at a time he would still be look for maximum points of 98 ? even if the rest fall away and get around 82 pep will still want to win all the games left ?

next 5 games are everton away. arsenal away. west ham at home. united at home. fulham away.
my bet is if city win all 5 then the title would be truly over. a gap of 15 to 20 point lead with 8 or 9 game to play
My guess is he will definitely want to get the league wrapped as soon as possible so can rest a few before CL and cup matches. It’s going to be a mad schedule if we do get to the Semi finals of both competitions and heavy rotation could give us the edge. I remember in both his first and third season at Barce he gave a lot of young players a chance after they wrapped up the league and rested Messi, Xavi, Inestia in their remaining three or four league games.

That's how Pedro, Busquets and Thiago got their break as well iirc which was huge for them going forward.

yep the squad could be fully fit come the run in and pep for the first time in a long time could pick his best 11 for the big games. it killed us last season in champions league knockouts with having to use cover players and a patched up team. if you offer pep right now a champions league final with his best 11 over the premier league title he would bite your hand off without a blink of a eye

for me we are short of a world class striker to win the lot this season ? but we may have aguero back for the run in
if he stays fit then one last swan song form aguero could net us the impossible ?

but in spain you could rest messi and better players most weeks hahahahah
Don't think La Liga is miles behind in terms of quality down the table, you might not have the big names but most sides are far better coached, it definitely wasn't behind the PL those seasons.

Fucking hell imagine if we have everybody fit and firing come April. Couldn't, could we?

I think they must be Liverpool supporters, thinking they will suddenly recover from the current trend. I believe they will be lucky to make top four, with Leicester and Chelski performing far better at the moment.
To be fair, their predicted season has Liverpool finish a point ahead of Leicester and 2 ahead of Chelsea. It also gives all 3 better than 50% to get CL.

9/10 wins from the last 15 will do it comfortably. Can’t see United or Leicester winning 11/12 of their last 15 no chance

Just realised we can go 13 points clear of the Rags before they play next.

I'm off to get a mop for the jizz I've just spaffed all over the floor.
