Me aswell. And I always put cover bets on games so at least I get something out of a game . I’d pay for city to win a game
I bet against us every game in the 18/19 where he pretty much had to win every game, turned out a little expensive but worth it...

Oh Ffs, if the gap closes we’ll be back to playing full stregth sides in the league and to playing at the top of our game again.

Would anyone really bet on City losing 3 out of 6 and United winning 8 on the bounce?
Tyler Darke Carragher White Probably

Our performances have significantly dropped since March.

We are looking like 15/16 Barca, looked like winning the treble again until March. Collapsed after that and won the league by a point in the end after being about 10 in front and scraped to win the Copa del Rey.

Whilst I’m still 99% sure we’ll win the league, football is a funny game. Did anyone see Liverpool losing 6 in a row at home? It’s a lot easier to win when you’re on a run but to be trying to turn it on and off for certain games brings its own problems.

Christ, if it goes to the last game of the season...

Had we won today maybe but we don't have that luxury now which is the most annoying aspect of the defeat. We will have to go full strength against Villa now.
if Pep can't rest players for the Leeds game when City are 14 points clear in the league then there will never be a time we can rest players. Also their should be no excuse for that team making a mess of that game against 10 men and at 1-1.

we just look like a Pep City team. Get to this stage of the season and we shit the bed in at least 1 comp until we're out of 1 or more then the team rebounds in the remaining competition. Normally it's shit the bed in the CL and then the team rebounds in the league, but it's a trend Pep can't seem to solve in this squad.

We look like we're running very thin at the moment now, it's catching up with us as are the opposition each week on the pitch.

Are we really? I thought we beat a decent Dortmund team on Wednesday and before the international break won three games without conceding.

The size of our lead allows us to rest players in league games. We took advantage of that by resting Kev, Foden and Dias, imo our three most important players and it’s not the end of the world that we lost.

Agreed isn’t pep a bald fraud for being unable to just win every competition from this stage of the season.

heaven forbid the squad not being capable of winning every game.

We were fuckin brilliant at Leicester last week, one of our best performances of the season, today wasn’t great but we still deserved something out of the game, the usual suspects are coning out with the usual shite on here, they have no perspective on things

Villa and Palace then Chelsea at home are not gimmes. I'll be more than happy if we're 6 points clear at the end of that run.

I think thats because it is very difficult to win multiple trophies in the same season. Maybe we should do a dippers and bin the domestic cups? Nobody wants that.
We will get over the line in the PL. The others, lets see.

of course it is, but you'd hope after nearly 5 years we wouldn't hit the same stumbling blocks at the same point in the season and Pep would have figured out a way to peak at this stage of the season instead of us dropping off and scrapping in every game way below our best and making lots of mistakes.

Still very confident we’ll win the league, what todays defeat has done is made it harder for us in cup competitions, we’ll have to go stronger in league games than maybe we would like to.
