Here's an updated version of my post on P303
Using the form guide:
In our last 5 matches we've picked up 9
In Utd last 5 matches, they've picked up 15 points.
In the whole of the season our worst run of form was 8 points over 5 games. (That projection was be 9.6 points from our remaining games)
United's best run over the season was 15 points over 5 games (Projects 18.0). So Pep has to manage form because we are with the greatest of respects up against an irratic side that have lost as many times as us now.

Villa and Spurs are two games that if we win, can springboard a strong finish IMO. Lose to Villa, and United beat Leeds, we're down to 5 points. For me, that puts the heat on us as we're one result away from having a 2 point lead with PSG A/Palace A/PSG H Chelsea H, when United will have Roma H, Liverpool H, Roma A, Villa A. The key to this race, is not letting the points gap close.
Chelsea and Liverpool will be key deciders in this. My hope is that Liverpool having no cups are going to put real stress on them. Fortunes fall in our favour this time round with the Chelsea fixture as they are at our ground with a day less recovery. It's one game at a time and keeping the lead at 8 points will be good for us imo. I don't think any of us really expect to extend that lead.
