Showing my age here but Manny Shinwell,Dennis Skinner and Tony Benn,I would say were fairly straight,as was Ted Heath but he was unlucky that patrician Tory rule had come to an end to be replaced by grammar school spivs.

Politicians are like women you have to be carefuly who you get in bed with or they could leave you burnt , broke, heart broken and leave you for another sucker. So when sleeping with them always use protection and keep your heart out of it until you are 100% sure. Also do not go by looks or sweet words but rather by their actions.

Ann is my MP too. I get an email every time she speaks in parliament. In the past year, only 2 questions werent related to social care (her old job). One was a vague mention of regenerating Stockport, the other was asking how many ships the Royal Navy had (I googled it, and the Royal Navy website told me in 20 seconds).
Waste of time.
I also know people involved in.local politics and the bitching going.on there is unhealthy.
