We’re certainly doing amazingly well, we are at the point where I expect us to win every game and I’m disappointed if we don’t.

It’s amazing what Pep has done.

I think we needed one more and I’m still gutted about Jorginho, mainly as I love that type of player. The club did right in not rushing and instead making do with a near perfect squad. So many exciting players in that position De Jong, Neves and we will be ready to offer them a starting place next season or Jan.

However, I can see that costing us this year in the odd game.

The main thing is that we win the league a win and a loss is better than 2 draws (in almost all scenarios).

Now that would be fantasy stuff - back to back champions, back to back 100 points, back to back 100+ goals and invincible.
But still wouldn't be considered the all-time great PL team by Sky etc......

I tend not to make predictions but I like the fact that we have lost just 3 of our last 63 games and that extrapolates to 1.8 games in a season i.e. if we maintain form we should lose between 1 & 2 games. The "if" is why I don't make predictions.

I feel that the way we play means that we take too many risks not to come a cropper at some point so emulating the Invincibles is highly unlikely; especially when you factor in that some referee is bound to cost us a game.

If we could match last season's two league defeats, it would be an incredible achievement.
