How many trophies will we win?

Yes. But mingled with dread and suffering.
That’s part of it too. It’s because we care. You either embrace it, or be terrified of it. The former is much more enjoyable than the latter, I reckon.

How can any City fan not be excited about the prospect, albeit unlikely, of this group of players winning the lot, whilst it remains a realistic possibility and the clocks have gone forward (meaning it’s in clear sight)?

This is what we dreamed of ten years ago.

Pep is playing it brilliantly, focusing on game by game but creating a very positive atmosphere that will allow the players to enjoy what has already been achieved rather than getting crippled by nerves in case they fail what is in front of them. Good idea for us all to take that on and embrace the situation rather than be nervous about it.

I'll take the domestic treble every day of the week over the league cup and CL double. Not sure the owners would mind you.

The quad is still a tall order, 14 games to realistically stay unbeaten is tough though this team has probably the best chance in modern history.

Could we afford to lose away at Spurs in the CL? Surely they'll be one defeat before the end of the season, that's the one game we could afford to lose if any as we can turn it round in the second leg.

Got 33's for the domestic treble at the start of the season.

As much as the stuffy scouser win was a sickener I am much more optimistic we can at least do the domestic treble. We are playing so much better and the major difference is that we are playing with so much calm and control as opposed to the dippers. We have players in form and with lots of options for rotation which will be key in the run in. The only way I can see us losing out would be down to bad luck. The CL games have great intensity and that is where rotation before and after are vital that is one huge advantage we have.

I'd jump at a 2-1 away defeat against Spurs (and again in the European SF, if we get there). So 12 games unbeaten out of 14. Drops to 11 if Liverpool pick up a draw anywhere else!

FA cup is definitely doable

League will go to the wire - depends on how lucky we are with injuries.

Champs league - think there are teams still there that can beat us on any given day (and we them)

If we won the domestic treble (which means retaining the league which hasnt been done in over a decade i think) Id say even the press would have to admit that this is the best prem team ever seen

I reckon we're 70-80% likely to win the FA Cup, the PL is more or less 50:50 given the respective fixtures and CL something like 20-25 %.

So the chances of a domestic treble are very roughly about 35-40%, quadruple would be 7-10%.

Even if you take a very optimistic view, the chances of winning the quadruple are small.

Course it is. That's why no one has done it before. But I don't see the point in stressing about City not achieving it, the point is that it's April, and City are still going for the lot. That's amazing in itself, however the season turns out. Even if City end up with just the League Cup, it's still been a fabulous season, and I'll try and remember that if I'm disappointed.
