If it was across 11 years then it could well have done... people move, might depend on where the pub is etc. But yes unlikely. It is more likely she was known as the local bike, and some men had gone home with her more than once, maybe a few perhaps many times. And that is assuming that she has the same habits over the course of 11 years and didn't have periods of abstaining or was in a relationship (in which she was faihful) for periods in those 11 years. it is a bit disrespectful putting it like you did, but then I suppose she obviously didn't have much for herself anyway, so oh well.
