I've had a couple of the lean meat stacks from them and the quality of the food is amazing. So much better than cheap supermarket stuff. Keep out what you need, individually wrap the chicken breasts and pop those in the freezer, dead easy. Makes it a doddle to plan meals and it arrives in a cool box straight to your door. Can't recommend them enough.

Yep,i've had it intermittently for years on my left hand.
It flares up unexpectedly and makes DB pressing almost unbearable with any amount of decent weight. In such cases I have to resort to a different approach ie. supersets or pre exhaust
Other than anti inflammatories and ice,i don't know any remedies.
As for the cause,i think it may have been flat barbell bench pressing.

Got to either find a local gym for a month or work something out!
Been thinking recently that I really need to start putting in some more upper body exercises I think because whilst progress is slow on squats etc my progress on bench for example is even worse.
Should I do this or just keep at the 5x5 as outlined?
Thanks

I've been having pain where my bicep meets my forearm, it's usually after pushing myself hard and lifting heavy, I get the impression it's tendon related. Possibly tendonitis?
It's only affecting one arm, and I know it's not muscle related, as that's a different kind of ache/pain altogether.
This is the same arm in which I've had elbow problems from boxing, overextending on a jab.
Still get a slight popping feeling in the joint when I fully extend said arm, doing press ups for example. Although not painful it's really quite distracting and off putting when you're trying to focus on continuing to muscle failure in a set.
Any advice on these two issues?
Cheers.
