How to calm down after a football match.

Visit upstairs. It really helps you appreciate the stability of your mind. I thought we'd lost a match and played poorly, dissapointing but certianly not enough to bring on hysterics, I wasn't paticularly happy. Upon visiting their you realise how easy you've got it, some need to be played on suicide watch. I'd have hoped the kids would be in bed by now but alas they are still gtoing strong posting their vitrol of anything that wore blue tonight. (not that we were actually wearing blue, I even watched this match so goodness knows why I put blue)

I normally avoid bluemoon like the plague, don't buy a news paper until we win and don't get involved with football chats with people at work.

Stick a funny film on, shag the missus/crack one off to some top quality porn and forget the match ever happened.

it s not healthy to get too close! love is love but i put football in a healthy place, we all should!

this doesn t lack passion, it just wont drive me to an early grave. ;)
Good post. I love the game, love City, but when it comes down to it......it's a game! Go and listen to a great piece of music and it all goes away.
