Must've been a bit depressing for you so.....

I'm Irish, it costs the guts of a grand to get over the a game. Actually delighted I didn't have tickets because there'd have been no flights.

why support yoonite if ur from ireland why not support linfield or sum1??? glory hunter... or is it because george best never played for arsenal ?

Not that I want to defend the rag bastard, but surely you know that we have a large amount of Irish blues on this site. Irish football is pathetic and full of sectarianism, and if nobody should support an English club outside of England (regarldess of any family connections with the club) then the money the clubs get would be significantly less.

Well I used to support Chelsea but they haven't won anything in years so I changed to Utd. I registered here because it looks like you might win something in the next couple of years and I want to keep my options open.

Seriously mate, does it not get boring being so predictable? I'm a United support on a City board, open and honest about both that and the fact that I'm Irish, do you think I give a shit whether you think I'm a glory hunter or not? I've no questions over my support and feel no need to justify it to anyone. I supported Utd before we were successful and will do if/when we're not again.

Not taking the piss but does it really cost that much? I thought flights were pretty cheap between Ireland and England. Obviously not.
