im looking for an old school freind and was told he had moved to preston, all i have is a name, did a search on 192 and he's listed but that was his old address from 2 years ago, not on facebook or any other social media, is there any other way for free where i might be able to search

Right OP, I have given this some thought as clearly my fuck a duck idea didn't go down too well.
A tried and tested BM solution to any problem is smash all the windows and burn the house down. You have the address so do it but leave a note saying 'you ripped me off when you bought my house, now I have revenge'.
The cops will go to your ex mates new address, lock him up and charge him with Arson. You will then be able to see him once a week at visiting time.

Absolutely. This was a while ago mind you, so some of today's laws wouldn't have been enacted at that time. My pal (co-incidentally was from Longsight) claimed the firm (in London) was run by some serious villains. He earned some serious cash but didn't stay there long.

Not impossible. I received a text inviting me to call the surgery for a flu jab. Only took 38 attempts (true).
