How UEFA shifted the goalposts on FFP. The definitive story.

We have to keep on watching for UEFA, that they don't come out with another change of direction. So as to find another way of stopping us from challenging/qualifying for the Champions League. Nearly every year they are changing the rules, to make it harder and harder for a new club to break into the Champions League places. Soon or the later we as a club have to win the Champions League.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport just ruled in favor of Galatasaray who filed a complaint after agreeing to a deal with the ICFC Head Investigator concerning the FFP, and then having the ICFC Judgment Chamber contesting said ruling after the allowed 10 days.

PSG has filed the same complaint this summer after we had agreed to a ruling which forced us to sell Pastore / Yuri / Ikoné in June, to make up for a 60 million deficit caused by the devaluation of the Qatar Tourism Authority sponsorship from 100 mil to 40 mil, before the ICFC Judgment Chamber decided to re-open the investigation (in order to completely eliminate said sponsorship).

If this ruling is any indication of things to come, then the TAS will probably rule in favor of PSG as well and the QTA deal should remain in place giving us some breathing space in upcoming transfer windows.

All UEFA do to formulate the rules is read the daily fail and Liverpool echo, clubs with no history have no fuckin business winning anything is rule No1.... All subsequent rules defer to rule No1 in all instances...
