Utd's 2nd was a disgrace....static defender with both feet stuck to the turf is penalised....outrageous!!.

....even worse is a static striker with both feet stuck to the turf....Torres is cack.

He's still a top ref. The trouble is the pace of the game was so frenetic and the players are so quick that a slight nudge sends the players sprawling to the floor which makes it difficult to interpret whether is an intentional foul or not. I still felt that he was conned too many times though.

He's a wank ref...utter shite.

He's a good ref. Not as good as being given the CL and WC finals in the same year like, but good enough. Ref'd our game with Spurs well, ref'd the Rag game well today. The Wellbeck one was similar to Johnson's, refs fall for that it seems.

The ushited players are told to dive at the slightest touch and the refs fall for it every time scholes told webb to fuck off when he gave a foul against him
fa needs clamp down fast and spread there inconsistencies across the league

Johnson's penalty was not similar to Wellbeck's. Baird made a clear movement towards Johnson and Johnson took the invitation to go over. Ivanovic made no movement towards Wellbeck and his feet were planted on the floor. Wellbeck basically ran into his foot. Clearly not a penalty, but Webb couldn't wait to point to the spot.

Thought Webb played really well, especially when 3 nil down, he never gave up making decisions, some of which were clearly dubious, his high fitness levels played a huge part in enabling him to keep up with the game, in particular when supporting United's play..........................Howard 'The Red' Webb.
Four penalties in 2 games, the second today wasn't, and you will note the Rag loving commentators jsut laughed it off............... HE TRIPPED OVER.......!!!!
But......We are top of the league, say we are top of the league.

Simply was desperate to give em everthing. The second pen was a disgrace.

It seems two pens is the norm for the rags every game, I await the so called decisions balance themselves out over a season

Bang on the money, wife beater Collymore just loves stirring. thought Webb was his usual self, saw everything selective about decision making, no wonder we are all screaming consistency.

Difficult to know what the game can do other than bring in euro refs and f**k all the bent uk refs off.
