did you really expect anything else?

I usually like him TBH but he was poor and inconsistent yesterday, too easily become a 'Homer' and Terry the Classless Tw*t had him in his pocket from the first whistle....

He's definitely not a red though, despite the many accusations and apparent favoritism towards them....

Most Utd fans can't stand him,in fact I don't know a ref a Utd supporter does prefer ,all refs are all shite, esp the balloon who gave spurs a pen yesterday .btw do you really believe that Webb would listen to a tool like Terry, the red was ok yesterday ,nothing controversial ,if hart hadn't have cocked up ,no one would have mentioned Webb.
One piece of common sense though was shown by Jones in the Norwich game,I know some refs who would have given that goal and caused a furore.

Webb is a cheat, a rag ****. we KNOW he is going to fuck us over and yesterday he didn't disappoint. two sets of rules that ****.

Terry seemed to address him midway through the first half, after which he seemed to award Chelsea the majority of decisions.

Within 5 mins of that we had 2 in book the crowd was up and chelsea went on to dominant the rest of the first half would love to no what he said!

Looking back at the game, Ramires should have been given a second yellow either in the 62nd minute where he took out Garcia by sticking a leg out for a ball he never would have won, or in the 74th minute for taking out Navas on the counter.

Did you read that Poll was criticising mike jones for one of the rare common sense decisions of recent years, all supporters think that all refs are shit ( and they are right) it isnt just City, believe me,we think that the ref is against us every week and you lot think Utd get more favours than anyone else ,trust me it doesn't feel like that.

disgraceful performance, i just went through the Fernandinho match comp and there are a half dozen decisions either not given to us or wrongly given for them that are just shocking. fuck off sky and FA

What did Terry say that made Webb agree with, continually nodding saying I know,I know.

Seconds later he booked Zaba for an innocuous challenge and then Nasty shortly after, something was said that affected Webb, we need an influence to offset these pricks who berate officials and influence the game thereafter, without Kompany we have no one to do that.

Zabaletta had just previously committed a foul. I think Terry pointed out that that was his fourth foul and Webb was saying I know. A few seconds later Zabba committed another and was booked. It wasn't a booking for that foul alone but a culmination of fouls.

There was nothing much wrong with the refereeing in that game. Let's not look for excuses. We all know where the blame lies.

Webb is a **** of that there is no doubt however isn't it about time our players stopped conceding free kicks around our box. I think I lost count against Chelsea.
Webb was a homer alright and the crowd were certainly influencing him. I haven't seen Silva have a go at the ref like he was at the end for some time. Oh well we move on.

Fortunately he didn't have a direct effect on the game but he was awful. Some bad decisions either way and I do think he is swayed by crowds. Our first booking on Zaba was a joke.Hardly even a tackle but he seemed to do it to appease the wailing Chelsea fans.

Except for the fact that Terry's elbow should have been a straight red and guess who punted the ball forward for their goal?

Regardless of the winning goal, which Webb had no influence over, can you not see how biased he was with decisions in the game, awarding free kicks to Chelsea around the box when he ignored similar challenges at the other end of the pitch, one on Silva, one on Navas, along with the elbow in the back of the head on Aguero.........can you really honestly say there was nothing wrong with the refereeing of the game?
