I do what I always do after a big defeat, 48 hour total media blackout, including here on Bluemoon. I have Talksport on the radio most of the day at work. It's been absolute 80's for the last two days. No bbc football, no sky, no twitter, nowt! Always does the trick for me and my blood pressure thanks me for it.
