He didn't want a big funeral apparently those were his wishes.

A very sad day. RIP, he was, as she always said, a rock for the Queen, always at her side, there to support her through what has not been the easiest of reigns, especially in the past few years.

Interesting to see what the Queen will do now as she is the current head of the military as well as the Head of State. If she does step down then there will be a lot of badges, flags and crests to be changed because all the current ones are based on the Queens crown..
