HTC one or Samsung Galaxy S4?

there must be plenty of you with either one of these, my contract is coming to an end so I'm looking at one of these two on a new contract. Can anyone give me some advice on pro's and con's please. I'm not tech savvy and TBH don't know what half of the jargon actually means. Also how much are you paying per month? Cheers.

S4-All day long.Best phone on the market IMO.

Apple users will say otherwise however Android all the way. I've got the S3 and want to upgrade asap to the S4

Cash back by redemptions is I think where you have to claim it later

They give you £50 cash back but that is only after the contract has started, so you could pay £50 in first two months, get a bill and then reclaim it. Takes time, I bet some people cannot be arsed claiming it or forget.

I have a HTC, it is ok but battery live poor. Wife has Samsung, not sure of model but she thinks it a good phone an this is her first smart phone.

Got the HTC One this week in silver. Great phone and the best looking one too. Upgraded from HTC Sensation. Battery life is better but like all smart phones not brilliant.

Cash by redemption means you pay the full price of line rental and have to claim back the cash to get it at the advertised price. Never done it, never would. There are plenty of deals at the same price without using this. Have you tried USwitch mobile?

How does the S4 compare to the iphone 5 then?

I'm due an upgrade soon, currently on the iphone 4. I'm not an apple geek although but I don't have any complaints about the iphone and will most likely just get the 5. Just wondering if I'd regret getting the Samsung, any thoughts?

Love my s4 quality phone I went via a web site that gave me 70 cash back (pm me for a link) and got a bril deal on service plan £36 pm 2000min unlimited txts and most importantly unlimited Internet. ... also had a choice of free gifts so got a little travel speaker for my trios to the beach when ever that might be haha
