Gundogan must start for me, there is nobody better than him for 'ball-over-packed defence' passes and he is really getting back to his best.

Ederson
Danilo Stones Laporte Zinchenko/Delph
KDB Fernandinho Gundogan
Mahrez Jesus Sterling

Andre Marriner has been appointed ref for this one.

----------------Ederson----------------
Danilo----Stones--Laporte----Delph
-------------Fernandinho--------------
------De Bruyne-----D.Silva----------
Sterling-------Aguero-----------Sane

Bench: Muric, Walker, Otamendi, Gundogan, Bernardo, Mahrez, Jesus

Plenty of recovery time so i wouldn't change too much from last night. Wasn't really convinced by Danilo as a left back from an attacking sense and it might be time to bring Delph back into the team. I get the feeling he's not featured in the last couple of games because Pep is still annoyed with him about the Leicester game, but presumably that point has now been made and Delph is still probably the safest option when the crunch games come around in 2 or 3 weeks and it'd be no bad thing to try and get him back into some form.

Similarly, i suspect De Bruyne only started on the bench because of his mini-strop at being substituted in the previous game. Time to move on.

Aguero probably needs a game against decent opposition before his epic Liverpool performance becomes too distant a memory. Jesus can keep filling his boots in the cup fixtures.

Huddersfield have said they will announce their new manager after the game

Surely that means they already know who it is. The press will get the name before it’s announced

Now that Huddersfield have parted with their manager, David Wagner. This game has suddenly become a lot harder that it would have been if he was still in charge. It still should be a another comfortable win for us. So let's keep doing what we do best and pass the ball around, but when the chance comes to attack let's make it count by attacking their defence, with pace and go straight for the goal instead off taking our time and passing it around our mid=field.

He regularly has to cover too many bad mistakes for me, and it always puts him at risk of a booking.

He did though, had he not done it they were probably in on goal, and that's the point, Walker didn't need to give it away, but he does it far too often.

Was he fuck in on goal,
