Now that Huddersfield have parted with their manager, David Wagner. This game has suddenly become a lot harder that it would have been if he was still in charge. It still should be a another comfortable win for us. So let's keep doing what we do best and pass the ball around, but when the chance comes to attack let's make it count by attacking their defence, with pace and go straight for the goal instead off taking our time and passing it around our mid=field.
Nah, by all accounts the players and staff thought the sun shined out of his arse and they're a very limited squad, can't see any upside from his sacking and I actually think they'll be deflated at the weekend.

Am very much hoping that a resolute Palace turn up at Anfield, bag a worldie and run off with the three points. Since they did that to us they haven't won a league game, very inconsistent form. We could be in for a diving masterclass from Zaha/Salah so it's up to the ref to call them correctly, if he can be bothered!

I didn't say "he" I said they, they had others breaking forward and we were short handed had he got past Fernandhino, which is why he didn't.

That is Fernandinhos job isn't it. We push our full backs forward and narrow, if they make a mistake, and Walker and full backs often do, then Fern is there for that. He is brilliant at it, decision making is crucial, he decided to take a yellow. I thought two more strides and he would have made an easy challenge. The lad was going wide, and imo was little danger. However safe rather than sorry, and it was an easy yellow.
I thought Walker showed a much better attitude last night, will never be a playmaker though will he.

I can't see him starting Sane. Very wasteful tonight after setting up the first goal, imho. I don't think there was any exchange between him and Pep when he went off, so I think he'll be on the bench getting the same treatment Walker got when he didn't put a shift in. Mahrez will start in his place.

“Not putting a shift in” is frankly bollocks.
