Are you heartless c**ts blind? They were corned in a shed by 3 fucking bears. Their dog did it's best to defend them, yes they may have thought it was funny but the dog was doing it's job. 3 people lost their lives. 3 families now minus their father. I'd take a gun and hunt the fucking bears and shoot all 3 to bits if I was given the opportunity.

What the actual fuck?? Your attitude towards the bears stinks they were only doing what comes naturally to them, no reason to go and fucking slaughter them. Fuck sake.

I agree with him. They seemed to find the dog chasing/scaring the cub quite amusing and seemed to be doing very little to discourage the dog. Then momma bear shows up; isn't karma horrible?

+2 no one would feel sorry for them if they tormented a puppy or kitten and got attacked by it's mother. It isn't nice to hear of people getting killed but they contributed to their own downfall.

Three men and their dog were torn to pieces and another two left seriously injured. And you two sick fucks think that's fine because a dog barked at a bear cub. You're genuinely not right in the fucking head if you think they deserve what they got.

But I would have still emptied a shotgun into it's head at that moment.

What are the chances of the Bear attacking someone else?

If those chances are high because it's already done it once then hunt it and kill it.

Serves them right. You don't go into a bears territory and let your dog scare it's cubs without consequences.

1. They were at work on a bridge construction site. (Hardly what you would call explicitly going into a bears territory)
2. They did not let the dog scare the cubs (I doubt they even knew the risks) the dog was protecting its owners (something the bear did later when it protected its young)
3. If they had known that there was a risk of bears in the area they would have been carrying a weapon and shot it (as 99.9% of people who live close to bears would have done in this situation)
4. They must have had very little knowledge of bears. A rule (not 100% true but close) is If its brown (bear) get down as brown bears do not attack prey they already believe to be dead) If its black (bear) attack (as black bears are apparently easily spooked)

No ones fault other than the poor men not been educated or equipped enough to protect themselves when they went to do a days work.

Anyone with half a brain should realise that if you threaten or corner any wild predator or it's young it will attack. Would you feel sorry for somebody who jumped in the water with a great white and started poking it with a stick or someone who kicked a Sumatran tiger up the arse and got killed? If they'd left the bear alone they wouldn't have been killed.

If it had been a black bear they probably would not have even seen the mother as the cubs would have run off the moment the dog made a run a them.

They were unfortunate enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time - it's as simple as that.
Earlier in the week I found myself on the Transfer forum, so I can relate to that.
Killing the bear serves no great purpose other than revenge, and it was only doing what bears have done since time began anyway, because unlike humans bears haven't mastered the art of getting America to sell them firearms yet.
