Fuck off.

Lol love that

Cheers sbm for the link to that Guardian report, hadn't seen that. Interesting stuff on Brennan as well. Bought the MEN for years as it still felt like my local paper (for non footy stuff) but stopped a while back and can't see me going back to it.

Title changed - God I hate that newspaper with a passion.

You can change the site to appear in Blue if you log-on, as a default it is Red in colour - what a bunch of wankers.
Historically thats been their postion though, the paper has long been tied with close links with the rags back to the early 1900s, thats not me being a bitter blue, simply a fact.

Don't take this as a challenge to your post, genuine point if interest is all - but can you elaborate on this?

I'm getting really pissed off with how the media in general are putting their own spin on this whole episode. Put it this way, if you swap characters in these events: hernandez for tevez, ferguson for Mancini, the whole thing would be handled differently. The media would back baconface to the hilt and brand chizzarizzo and his agent as bare-faced liars. Every news bulletin would say things like "INCREDIBLY, hernandez' agent still insists that it's all a misunderstanding despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary". The likes of hughes are being allowed to throw stones at us completely unchallenged.

Gary James is the one to help there but I believe The Manchester Evening Chronicle owners where connected to the clubs board(our board). When the rags moved to Trafford the MEN had offices on their land and while each paper reported on the other club it was always seen as one paper being blue and the other red.

Nice one, will go and have a read then!

Back on topic, surely no one expected anything different from Hughes? I mean it's not as if he doesn't have a rather large and unwieldy axe to grind is it?

Just ignore the curly headed sheep botherer.
