I'm NOT his BIGGIST fan at the moment but I do understand that he would need time to bring his own ideas to the club and 6 months aint long enough, I also think he deserves something for keeping S.Ireland at the club.

Yes he makes mistakes, he is still a very young Manager, but could turn out to be a gem.
Remember how close Taggart was from the sack all them years ago. A late Mark Robbins goal apparently saved his skin.
I am sure you have all heard the Dippers moaning about some of Benitez's team selections last year and resting players.
This year he now has a stronger squad (which is what we should have by Feb) and they are top of the league. Also note they have been without Torres for most of the season.
No I don't get putting Fernandez on the left etc, but he SHOULD have cover in all positions come Feb.
Have I bought him a reprieve???
