Hughes is here for the long haul

He's not a bad manager but he's not going to be a great one either in my book and to get to the level that our resources should allow us to reach we'll need a genuine top-class manager.

We need to stop all these Hughes out threads. He has been our best manager in years and i hold my faith in him and will always stick behind my beloved team.

Results have gone very bad lately i agree, i could also blame Mark Hughes for a few errors but to constantly keep slating him is getting beyond a joke...its times like this i wish we never had all the money as a majority of fans are taking too many things for granted. Regardless of how much we've spent we are still clearly progressing and are in within a whisker of a chance for the semis of a cup run. I think top 5-6 would be excellent inmy eyes, a great achievement regardless of money spent.

You could have put any manager in charge second half and they would have done nothing to make us put the ball in the back of the net yet we still get the same old Hughes out day in day out. It were one of those games where you have to give full credit to Hull they were excellent to be fair.

We as fans need to get behind our team ans stop the whining...things will change come Wednesday when we beat Arsenal and get a great result against Chelsea :)

Rant over-back to the budweiser!!

City till i die...

So, let me get this straight, Hughes has a job for life because he is "our best manager in years"? Ok. As long as I know where I stand. Thanks for that.

who said job for life? Name a better manager we've had in the last so many years?
Try be sarcastic and slate me all you want.

what fuckin planet do you live on? Our best manager in years? I thought Sven let himself down in the second half of his season, so im not gonna go singin his praises but.....meh, i give up, crazy thread

We've had a lot of average managers so it's not really an achievement as you seemingly think it is

Give me the criteria you're judging him with and I'll answer you properly.
